In recent years Tai Chi has revealed itself
as a multifaceted activity for all ages, with countless health and wellness benefits.
Roughly translated as the grand ultimate fist,
Tai Chi (or T'ai ji quan) was originally taught as a highly advanced martial art. Also a powerful form of meditation, Tai Chi brings the practitioner's
focus (or mindfulness) into the present moment.

At Roswell Tai Chi we strive to bring all elements of this incredible art into our teaching & training. Roswell Tai Chi is proud to offer instruction to students in the Atlanta, Buckhead, Perimeter, Dunwoody, Roswell,
Town Center, Marietta, Kennesaw, Milton, Alpharetta, Mountain Park, Woodstock, Canton, Johns Creek areas of the greater Atlanta area.

Please see the
