Roswell Tai Chi Home
Brian Sutton of Roswell Tai Chi hosted a one day workshop lead by Grand Master William CC Chen on October 7, 2018. Seminar topics includes: Bringing more Chi into your Tai Chi, specific body mechanics for authentic Tai Chi practice and using Yi (mind intent, desire and the will) to move chi in the body, the placement of the Bai Hui (human antenna) within the use of Tai Chi form and the mechanics of the perfect punch.
Brian Sutton, instructor/owner of Roswell Tai Chi has been offering group
and private Tai Chi & QiGong (pronounced Chee Gung) classes for over
20 years. Brian also offers group instruction at parties, universities and corporate events in the greater Atlanta area.
Two beautiful Heron House studios are our mainstay and home. Fresh air classes are also offered in the peaceful Heron House garden.
In recent years Tai Chi has revealed itself as a multifaceted activity for all ages, with countless health and wellness benefits. Roughly translated as
the grand ultimate fist, Tai Chi (or T'ai ji quan) was
originally taught as a highly advanced martial art. Also a
powerful form of meditation, Tai Chi
brings the practitioner's focus (or mindfulness) into the present moment.
